How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Packages will generally ship between 1-3 business days, depending on where it is being sent. If you order by 6pm, we will pack and send the next day. If it is to be shipped in the North Island it will usually ship overnight from when we send it. And in the South Island it is generally 2 days.

 

Can I send to a rural address?

Yes you can, however it may take a little longer and there is an extra charge of $5 on top of standard postage.

 

Can I organise a Saturday delivery?

Yes you can, there is an extra charge of $5 on top of the standard postage charge.

 

How do you present and package the care & gift packages?

The presentation will be stated on each package page. Each package is packed in either a Delivered branded wooden box or a craft cardboard box. We pack items securely using wood wool, then each package is beautifully wrapped using tissue paper, and finished with a Belli-band and ribbon.

Variations in Packages 

We work with a number of smaller boutique suppliers who make products fresh to order, while we will endeavour to have the exact item, there may be times that this is not always possible. If we are able to we will replace for a like minded and valued item - sometimes this may just mean a different flavour.

Returns and Exchanges

We take great pride in making sure each package is carefully packaged and presented and sincerely hope it arrives in perfect condition. If it does not, please contact us as soon as possible. We would love to talk to you about it, and may ask to see photos or get you to return the package so we can ensure it doesn’t happen again. Please see our T&C’s for more information.

 

Do you offer a bespoke service?

Yes, we do. Please contact us on info@delivered.net.nz as we would love to help you to add that personal touch to our packages.

 

Can I add/swap items from one package to another?

Absolutely we want you to be happy with the package you are sending, again please contact us and we will let you know if there are any pricing differences.

We send client gifts – can you take this over for us?

Absolutely! We are here to make your job easier. And depending on your needs we may be able to personalise it and brand your business. We are also GST registered to make working with your business even easier. Contact us or for more info see Client gifting under the Bespoke Gifting menu.

 

Can you send an invoice?

Just message us or put your request in the special instructions menu and we will email an invoice to you. We are also GST registered.

 

Why do you keep asking me to confirm my age?

Some of our packages contain alcohol. Please note we require you to confirm that you are aged 18 and over and that the lucky recipient is also aged 18 and over. The delivery service will also ask for age identification if you look under 25. Delivered holds a Remote sellers liquor licence and we take our responsibilities in the sale of alcohol very seriously.
